At Ovrelo, we work with carefully selected logistics partners to deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once processed, your order is dispatched from one of our partner fulfilment centres.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Tracking Information
- Tracking details are provided for most orders.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
- Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Multiple Shipments
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@ovrelo.com.
- We will assist in investigating the issue with our delivery partners.
Delivery Confirmation
- Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
- We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
